Just wanted to send you a note of thanks. You sent Jason and Bo out to my house to plumb a sink in the garage, and they did a great job! The sink was done well and fast (even within my time constraints!) and the price was what you had quoted me over the phone. They did a great job of cleaning up; there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. The sink works perfectly and my husband was so surprised! I will definitely call Pro-Service again for any plumbing work that needs done, and will recommend your company to my friends and neighbors.

I just want to thank you for helping me.

I was a new customer, and I didn’t have a real emergency but it sure would have been inconvenient if you hadn’t come out the day I called. I didn’t expect to get that kind of time or attention being a new customer, and the young men who came to work at my home were as courteous, respectful and professional as they come. They answered all my questions fully and patiently, and explained their work in terms I could understand (being a non-plumber). They even communicated with the gentleman who was going to do the drywall work to ensure it was done accordingly to finish their work. Your staff got everything completed in a few hours; other companies told me it would take them a day and a half to two days!

Two words on your website describe your service and your employees very concisely: FAST and RELIABLE. Not to mention reasonable pricing. And what a bonus that your bill was exactly what you estimated! Just one other way you’re RELIABLE.

I’m a realtor, and we’re always looking for reliable, professional, respectful contractors to help us, our buyers, and our sellers. I have every intention of telling everyone I know that you’re the best I’ve encountered.

They replaced a hot water heater for me. They were very prompt at addressing the issue, they were competitive in their pricing and they did the work right. I will continue to use them for my other properties. A favorite of mine! 06/22/07 Pro-Service has been helping with my plumbing needs for several years. I call every time. Very good service experience.. 06/01/07 Came on time, good quality work and a fair price The best decision i ever made! 05/31/07 they arrived on time as promised and did the job in a timely manner. Reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs. Notably good service experience 05/08/07 I have used Pro-Service for several plumbing jobs and they back up their work with your schedule.

Affordable and reliable: We had a gas leak and these guys did a super job. They are fair in pricing, came out the next day when they said they would and were respectful with removing the deck and not ripping it apart. Which are all issues I have had with other plumbers or service company's overall.

I would and will definately recommend them to anyone needing a plumber, as well as, use them again when needed!

Affordable good service

We called them several weeks back in order to arrange repair of a leaky faucet. Before that we had called several other companies, and none were as willing to help as Pro service plumbing. If you get the chance, be sure to ask for Bill...he was incredibly friendly and was not reluctant to work in tight conditions. Everything was fixed in about an hour, with no problems afterward. In comparison with other companies, their hourly rate was one of the most affordable in the area.

I had a leaky sink and toilet. The sink leak cause a lot of water damage, so I was in a rush to get it fixed. I made an appointment with another plumber two days in a row, both resulting in him not showing up. I called Pro Service, got an appointment for for 2 days later, and got my plumbing problems fixed.

We had Pro-Service repair our water heater a few years ago. They did an excellent job and did not charge us an arm and an leg for it. Since then, we had use them for other plumbing issue. Our toilet was leaking and they came out and repair it. They do quality work at a reasonable price. All of their works are guaranteed and performed by a licensed plumber.

Here is another great plumber facility. They come quickly to your rescue and they do an awesome job. Their prices are great as well. You are back working in on time. I used this plumber because of a recommendation and was very pleased. I had to call after work and they sent some one out right away. The repairman was very fastand fixed the problem before i even knew what was really wrong.
